Resale Keeper Terms of Service

These terms cover the resalekeeper.com website and the early-access waitlist. The Resale Keeper app is not open yet. When it is, it will come with its own terms, and we'll tell waitlist members before they apply.

§1 Summary

In plain terms

Joining the waitlist is free and commits you to nothing. You can leave any time.

The app is still being built. Features, timing and pricing described on the site may change before launch.

Ideas you send us may shape the app, and we can use them without owing you anything. That's what early feedback is for.

Use the site normally: no spam signups, scraping or attacks.

By using resalekeeper.com or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

§2 Who we are

Resale Keeper is developed by Binary Loom Labs ("we", "us"). You can reach us at hello@resalekeeper.com.

§3 The waitlist

  • Joining is free. You must be at least 16 and give an email address you own.
  • A place on the waitlist is an invitation to hear from us, not a guarantee of access, a launch date or a particular price.
  • Early access is described as free. If we later charge for the app, we'll tell you the price clearly before you ever pay anything, and paying will always be your choice.
  • We may invite people in batches, and may limit early access by country or type of seller while we test.
  • You can leave at any time by replying to one of our emails or writing to hello@resalekeeper.com. We may remove signups that look fake or automated.

§4 Your feedback

We'd love to hear how you sell and what you need. If you send us ideas, suggestions or feedback, you agree that we may use them to improve Resale Keeper without paying you or owing you anything for them. We won't publish your name or quote you publicly without asking first.

§5 Acceptable use

Please don't:

  • sign up other people without their permission, or submit fake or automated signups;
  • try to break, overload, probe or get around the site's security or bot protection;
  • scrape or copy the site in bulk, or use it for anything unlawful.

§6 Our content

The Resale Keeper name, logo, website text, design and images belong to Binary Loom Labs. You're welcome to share links to the site and to talk about it. Please don't copy its content or branding, or present it as your own.

The site may link to other websites, such as our providers' policies. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them.

§7 Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it accurate and online, but we don't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that the app will be released with any specific feature. Nothing on the site is financial, tax or legal advice.

§8 Liability

The site and waitlist are free. To the fullest extent the law allows, Binary Loom Labs is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or waitlist, and our total liability to you is limited to US $50. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or takes away rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country.

§9 Changes

We may update these terms as Resale Keeper grows. The effective date above always shows the latest version. If a change meaningfully affects waitlist members, we'll tell you by email before it takes effect.
