§1 Summary
The short version, if you read nothing else:
If you join the waitlist, we keep three things: your email address, what kind of seller you are and, if you typed it, your country. Nothing else.
We use them only to tell you about Resale Keeper (early access, and a few updates about the app) and to decide what to build first.
No ads, no cookies, no tracking, and we never sell your data. Visitor counts come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or follow you across sites.
Want off the list? Reply to any email from us or write to hello@resalekeeper.com, and we'll delete your details.
§2 What we collect
The table below is the complete list. Simply browsing the site does not create any record about you on our side.

We don't ask for your name, phone number, address or payment details, and the site does not use advertising, social-media pixels or cross-site tracking.
§3 How we use it
- Sending your waitlist confirmation, then your early-access invitation when the app opens.
- Occasional updates about Resale Keeper itself, such as progress, launch news or questions about how you sell (see §4).
- Deciding what to build first, using seller types, countries and your replies.
- Keeping the site working, fast and free of spam.
We rely on your consent, given when you submit the waitlist form, for the emails and the waitlist itself. We rely on our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website for the spam check and visit statistics.
§4 Emails we send
Emails come from hello@resalekeeper.com and are sent by a person, not a marketing system. They are about Resale Keeper only. We never send other companies' offers or hand your address to anyone else to email you.
To stop receiving them, reply with "unsubscribe" or write to hello@resalekeeper.com. We'll remove you from the list, normally within a few days.
§5 Who handles it
We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers. A few infrastructure providers handle it on our behalf, only to run the site and send email:
- Cloudflare hosts the website, checks the form for bots (Turnstile), counts visits (Web Analytics) and forwards email sent to hello@resalekeeper.com. Like any web host, it keeps short-lived technical logs to run and protect the service.
- Neon hosts the database that stores the waitlist, on Amazon Web Services in the United States.
- Resend delivers the emails we send you.
- Google (Gmail) is where email sent to hello@resalekeeper.com is forwarded and read, including your replies.
These providers process data under their own policies: Cloudflare, Neon, Resend and Google. All of them may process data in the United States and other countries, so your data may be transferred outside your country. Each provider applies its own legal safeguards for those transfers.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
§7 Retention & removal
We keep your waitlist details until you ask us to remove them, or until we close the waitlist. If Resale Keeper does not launch, we delete the list.
When the app opens, you'll be invited to create an account. That account will have its own privacy terms, and we'll update this policy before then. If you don't take up the invitation, we'll delete your waitlist details within 12 months of launch.
To be removed at any time, email hello@resalekeeper.com from the address you signed up with. We delete your record from the database, normally within a few days. Copies in our providers' backups and delivery logs expire on their own schedules.
§8 Security
The site is served only over HTTPS, and data travels encrypted between your browser, our servers, the database and the email service. The database is not publicly accessible. Access keys are kept as encrypted secrets, never in our code, and only the developer has access. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep what we hold small and protected.
§9 Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- Access what we hold about you. For most people, that's the three details in §2.
- Correct anything wrong.
- Delete your details, or withdraw consent to emails, at any time.
- Object to how we use your data, or ask for a copy in a portable format.
Email hello@resalekeeper.com and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're in the EU or UK, these are your rights under the GDPR, and you can also complain to your local data protection authority. If you're a California resident, they cover your rights under the CCPA. We apply the same practices to everyone.
§10 Children
Resale Keeper is a business tool for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has joined the waitlist, contact us and we'll delete it.
§11 Changes to this policy
We'll update this page before the app launches, and whenever what we collect or how we use it changes. The effective date above always shows the latest version. If a change meaningfully affects waitlist members, we'll tell you by email first.
